Your teacher asked you if you were going to be a Police Officer when you grew up, you said, "no, it too dangerous". Instead you told her you were going to be Batman and get the bad guys! Another kid in your class told you there were bad guys at his house and you told him, "it ok, I be Batman and come to you house and get the bad guys for you". Such the imagination!
Chase, I'm starting this blog for you, b/c you are saying and doing so many new things everyday and I don't want to forget the "little" things that bring me so much joy.

What do you want to be when you grow up?

My Mother's Day Gift
As Mother's Day approached, I was trying to find out what Daddy was getting me, so I asked you what you were getting me for Mother's Day. You told me, "a small baby two wheeler" (you were talking about the battery operated, ride on four wheelers for kids smaller than you). I said, "really, for me?" You told me, "no Moma for you small babies at work". How much sweeter can you get!

Nosey Rosey!
Lately, more and more I hear. "What's you talkin' 'bout?" or "What's you doin' in dere?" If you hear me and Daddy talking about something, you will come out of your room and say "What's you talk' 'bout?" If I'm in another room such as the bathroom, you'll stand at the door and say "What's you doin' in dere?" You're certainly turning into a little Nosey Rosey!

"A Prize"

You crack me up kid! I think I've told this story to everyone:
I went out grocery shopping today and when I got back, Daddy had wrapped one of my Christmas presents and put it under the tree. When I came and sat down, you came up to me, with your hands behind your back and brought them out to show me a small box and you said "a prize" (surprise), after this, our conversation went as follows:
Moma: "You got me a present?"
Chase: "Des" (Yes)
Moma: "What is it?"
Chase: "A watch for you (your) arm"
Moma: "Really!"
Chase: "Des" (Yes)
Moma: "What color is it?"
Chase: "Princess Pink"

Chase and the big "Part"

You've made a couple "fiends" at preschool. Their names are Jake and Ace. Daddy works with Jake's Daddy and I went to school with Ace's Daddy. Anyway, I'm afraid after yesterday's event, you may only have one "fiend" left. On the way home from preschool, our conversation went as follows:
Me: "What did you do at school today Chase?"
You: " I parted on Ace!"
Me: I'm translating Chasese to English, knowing that the letter "P" is often used in place of the letter "F" and I said "What did you say?"
You: "I parted on Ace, I stink!"
What am I going to do with you?!
